5. 🧳 Travel Documents & Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required documents.
The Train Tour is not liable for issues arising due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Medical emergencies
Trip cancellations or delays
Baggage loss
COVID-19 or health-related disruptions
The Train Tour is not responsible for uninsured losses.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries, accommodation, or transport if necessary due to unforeseen events (weather, strikes, political unrest, etc.).
In the rare case of full cancellation by us, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.

By participating in our tours, you agree that photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any content, please inform us before the tour begins.

You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
